Older Homes: Where Leaks Start

Each job is scoped to the actual conditions. After reviewing the affected areas and any assessment or protocol you have, we recommend a remediation plan, which can include:

Moisture control and structural drying

Water Damage Restoration
We provide water extraction, structural drying with commercial dehumidifiers and air movers, moisture monitoring until materials are back to dry standard, removal of damaged materials, and restoration-related repairs after drying.
We don't provide plumbing repair or diagnostic leak detection. We work alongside your plumber or other licensed trades so the source is fixed.

Not always. We take moisture readings first and recommend removing only what the conditions call for. Some plaster can be dried in place; badly damaged or moldy sections may need to be removed.
Do you test for mold?
No. OTM provides remediation only. We can work from an independent assessor's report or protocol, and we can recommend an assessor if you need one.
