The current public website contact path is by telephone at (305) 671-3226. Calling us does not create a contract, authorize work, establish a project scope, or guarantee a response time.
Our staffed hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Calls may route to another available team member. We do not guarantee immediate response, emergency dispatch, or availability outside regular staffed hours.
For immediate threats to life, health, or safety, call 911 or contact the appropriate emergency service.
5. Insurance
On The Map Restoration does not state through this website that it works directly with insurance carriers. Nothing on the website guarantees insurance coverage, claim approval, reimbursement, or payment for any service or loss.
