Mold Remediation
Each job is scoped to the actual conditions. After reviewing the affected areas and any assessment or protocol you have, we recommend a remediation plan, which can include:

HEPA air filtration and air scrubbing
Removal of affected materials such as drywall, baseboards and cabinets when needed
HEPA vacuuming and cleaning of surfaces and framing
Moisture control and structural drying
Restoration-related repairs: drywall, baseboards and paint
OTM provides mold remediation, not mold testing or diagnostic mold assessments. If you need testing, we can recommend an independent licensed mold assessor.

Water Damage Restoration
We provide water extraction, structural drying with commercial dehumidifiers and air movers, moisture monitoring until materials are back to dry standard, removal of damaged materials, and restoration-related repairs after drying.
We don't provide plumbing repair or diagnostic leak detection. We work alongside your plumber or other licensed trades so the source is fixed.
For Property Managers and HOAs
We work with condo associations, HOAs, vacation rental managers and rental owners in the Upper Keys. We provide moisture readings, photo documentation, written estimates for your review team and our insurance certificate.
