Older Homes and Newer Communities
Cutler Bay has homes from almost every decade. Cutler Ridge and parts of Whispering Pines go back to the 1950s and 60s, Saga Bay and Bel Aire grew up in the 1970s and 80s, and communities like Lakes by the Bay and Cutler Cay are newer. Each comes with its own water problems:

When Heavy Rain Gets Inside

Water Damage Restoration
Fast drying is what prevents mold. We provide water extraction, structural drying with commercial dehumidifiers and air movers, moisture monitoring, removal of damaged materials, and restoration-related repairs after drying.
We don't provide plumbing repair or diagnostic leak detection. We work alongside your plumber or other licensed trades so the source is fixed.
Condo Associations and Property Managers
For associations, managers and landlords we provide moisture readings, photo documentation and written estimates for your board or review team, along with our insurance certificate. We coordinate access with residents and work carefully in occupied units.
