What We Handle

Water damage in units and common areas

AC and condensate line overflows, water heater and supply line leaks, washing machine hoses, and leaks from the unit above. We provide water extraction, structural drying with commercial dehumidifiers and air movers, and moisture monitoring until materials are back to dry standard.

Mold remediation

Containment, HEPA air filtration, removal of affected materials when needed, HEPA vacuuming and cleaning, and drying. Each job is scoped to the actual conditions and to any assessment or protocol you provide.

Restoration-related repairs

Drywall, baseboards and paint after remediation and drying, so the unit is ready to turn over.

We don't provide plumbing repair, diagnostic leak detection or mold testing. We work alongside your maintenance team, your plumber and independent licensed mold assessors.

How a Job Works

  1. Call or request: your maintenance team or manager calls (305) 671-3226 or submits a request online.

  2. Inspection: we inspect the affected area, take moisture readings and photos, and coordinate access with the resident.

  3. Written estimate: you receive a written scope and estimate for your review or approval team. Work starts only after written approval.

  4. Remediation and drying: containment, removal, cleaning and drying, with the work area kept separate from the rest of the unit.

  5. Close-out: final moisture readings and photos, plus any restoration-related repairs you approved.

Condo Associations and HOA Boards

When water moves between units or into common areas, boards need clear information to make decisions.
